Director of Global Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our payroll and workplace functions globally. This individual will be responsible for managing payroll and workplace activities across multiple countries where we have presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize payroll and workplace operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to drive development initiatives and implement process improvements.
- Drive change management, engaging teams on new ways of working that focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Be a positive influence on the teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Establish governance frameworks and implement performance measurement systems to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability in payroll and workplace operations.
- Be open to change and committed to establishing new service level standards.
- Work collaboratively with various functions and stakeholders to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree - Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Proven leadership experience in payroll operations and workplace activities
- Holistic understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of success
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging environment, driving transformation and growth
- Experience in driving synergies, building and optimizing end-to-end processes
- Previous shared services leadership experience
- Fluent English language proficiency
