The Clinical Operations Leader plays a pivotal role in the success of clinical research programs, ensuring they are executed with quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to site management team members from study start through to closure.
- Manage monitoring deliverables to achieve project objectives and identify out-of-scope activities.
- Serve as Site Management's primary point of contact and representative for clinical monitoring and site activities within the project.
- Bachelor's Degree or a Nursing Degree required.
- 2+ years' experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, or equivalent role.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team remotely.
- Obesity or Diabetes experience is required for this GLP-1 Study.
- Candidates must reside in Latin America.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
