We are seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to join our team at Danone, focusing on Manufacturing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for all technologies enabling Manufacturing processes for our Danone Factories in the Americas.
The successful candidate will report into the Manufacturing and Warehousing Senior Product Owner, responsible for the overall end-to-end manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap
- Define and implement the Product Vision for Manufacturing, creating and maintaining the overall backlog for projects and evolutions for existing IT solutions.
- Drive the transition to digital manufacturing technologies, focusing on value creation for the business.
- Own the vision of the Manufacturing product, its definition, and the associated value.
- Ensure consistency between the needs of end-users and stakeholders as reflected in the vision of the product, its delivery, and its deployment & adoption.
- Manage one or several internal or external Product Analysts, acting as a Servant Leader for the benefit of the Product Team and the Organization.
- Business Partnering: Be a business translator, assembling, analyzing, and evaluating data to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to Business stakeholders and Project/Development Teams.
- Experience delivering IT Manufacturing technologies, with a focus on SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP MM, MES (Manufacturing Engineering System), and newer Digital Technologies (IoT, paperless technologies).
- Knowledge of Framework Scrum and Agile Management methodology.
- Bachelor's or master's degree within a Business IT or Computer Science related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
