About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team at Solventum. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for leading all supply chain activities related to PIPO projects in the area to ensure service continuity and optimal inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all supply chain activities related to PIPO projects in the area to ensure service continuity and optimal inventory management.
  • Coordinate with other area planning PIPO leads and supply planners across countries within your area to confirm the required inventory build for uninterrupted service delivery to our customers.
  • Execute PIPO planner activities to effectively manage PIPO product transitions, optimizing processes, and tools.
  • Work closely with Portfolio Leads, Regulatory Area, Supply planners, Manufacturing plants, and other functions to align key transition dates, maintaining accurate material status, and forecast demand effectively.
  • Collaborate with other planning areas and functions to regularly communicate about the progress of each PIPO phase, gaps, traffic light, and support needed to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • Two (2) years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Sourcing, Intercompany, or Transportation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and lead projects.
  • Experience in project management and a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
  • Strong cross-functional awareness and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
