Product Testing Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Product Testing Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Development, Engineering, and Factories to create high-quality footwear that enhances athlete performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sample shipments and manage prototype samples effectively.
  • Conduct in-person testing with athletes, including planning, recruiting testers, and data analysis.
  • Develop reports, deliver presentations, and oversee program development.
  • Identify performance issues prior to product release.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience in footwear, product testing, or related fields.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to build relationships organically.
  • Intermediate English proficiency required.

This role involves working with athletes, coaches, and equipment managers, with potential for up to 50% travel per year, locally in Rio Grande do Sul and internationally.
