About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front office operations, including guest service, revenue management, and team management.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience, from check-in to check-out. You will work closely with our executive chef to develop and implement innovative menu concepts that exceed guest expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the front office budget, scheduling, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize front office operations
- Collaborate with the executive chef to design and execute innovative menu concepts
- Manage the front office budget, scheduling, and payroll
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest complaints in a professional manner
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
- All applicants must be eligible for US work authorization
