**Job Summary**
At American President Lines, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our regional sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic regional sales plan, creating and executing a sales business plan, and analyzing team performance and sales situations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a strategic regional sales plan, allocating 20% of your time to this initiative.
- Create, maintain, and execute a sales business plan, focusing on regional sales growth.
- Analyze team performance, sales situations, the current market, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
- Hold regular meetings to review specific opportunities and target account programs.
- Manage sales performance standards, ensuring the sales team meets expectations.
- Represent the company in the market, overseeing sales force actions and contacts for major accounts.
- Motivate the sales team, establishing individual and team goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting one-to-one meetings.
**Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
- IT and System Requirements: Intermediate level of Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management.
