Lead Technical Expert

We are looking for an exceptional Lead Technical Expert to drive technical excellence in our Java and Spring Boot projects.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software design patterns, experience in Agile methodologies, and expertise in back-end development and microservices architecture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and technical direction of enterprise Java and Spring Boot applications.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of Design Patterns.
  • Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • Experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven success in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in back-end development and microservices architecture.
  • Skills in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and assess technology trade-offs.
  • Leadership skills in team management, task delegation, risk management, and project planning.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
