Network Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Automation Expert to join our innovative team.
As a Network Automation Expert, you will play a key role in contributing to the largest digital transformations happening around the world. You will be responsible for supporting R&D, delivery, and sales processes for IP/MPLS and Overlay Network Automation Solutions.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD)
- Designing interface agreements
- Configuring data models and integration workflows using YANG, NETCONF/RESTCONF, and Python
- Designing and configuring use cases
- Reviewing and preparing test plans
You will also be responsible for identifying and clarifying capabilities of third-party vendors' controllers, NMS, EMS, monitoring, and configuration management interfaces of network equipment.
In addition, you will develop solution demonstration scenarios, proof-of-concepts, and operation process specifications.
Lastly, you will prepare technical responses to RFPs and RFIs, configure and demonstrate Network Automation Solutions to customers, and consult with Solution Architects on pre-sale and delivery processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
Experience as a Network Engineer, Designer, Architect, or Operation Process Automation expert with at least 7 years of experience is highly recommended.
Experience with GPON and IP/MPLS/SR networks is also required.
Cisco CCNP or Juniper JNCIP certification is highly recommended.
Deep understanding of service assurance and NOC/SOC processes from an OSS perspective is necessary.
Deep knowledge of traditional network equipment and related NMS/EMS and new containerized/virtualized network functions and network automation approaches is required.
Experience with Python-based network automation processes is highly preferred.
