We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our mobile application.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure mobile applications that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with backend and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and bring expertise in best practices to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years of recent React Native experience at production scale.
  • Strong proficiency with React Native (TypeScript) and modern state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, including navigation, performance tuning, offline-first workflows, and background tasks.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with GCP, Firebase, or mobile analytics frameworks.
  • Experience building cross-platform libraries or contributing to open-source React Native projects.
