Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
As a Caregiver, you will work under the supervision of our registered nurses and therapists to provide direct patient care, including activities of daily living and range of motion exercises.
The ideal candidate will have a caring demeanor, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting patients with meals and snacks
- Performing range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or therapist
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform job duties
