Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Product Experience team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience for our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to design intuitive and engaging user experiences. They will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences that meet business needs and user expectations.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering leads to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Leverage data and research to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in UX Design, with a focus on software design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and user research tools.
