Sales Director

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in Embedded Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in this critical area.
Job DescriptionThe Embedded Solutions Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. This includes:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at ISV partners and customers
- Developing and delivering compelling pitches that showcase the value proposition of our solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
- Negotiating contracts and agreements that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
In addition to sales leadership, the successful candidate will also have opportunities to:
- Contribute to product development and enhancement initiatives by providing feedback from the field
- Help shape our go-to-market strategy and messaging to effectively target and engage with ISV partners and customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- A deep understanding of the open source ecosystem, including Linux and cloud technologies
- Experience working in a distributed team environment, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
