Embedded Solutions Sales Leader

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in Embedded Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in this critical area.

Job Description

The Embedded Solutions Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at ISV partners and customers
  • Developing and delivering compelling pitches that showcase the value proposition of our solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

In addition to sales leadership, the successful candidate will also have opportunities to:

  • Contribute to product development and enhancement initiatives by providing feedback from the field
  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy and messaging to effectively target and engage with ISV partners and customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • A deep understanding of the open source ecosystem, including Linux and cloud technologies
  • Experience working in a distributed team environment, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
