The Production Operator role is a key position in our manufacturing process. This individual will be responsible for processing, assembling, and finishing products.

• Receive and inspect products qualitatively and quantitatively according to instructions and delivery documents.
• Perform specific operations such as cutting plastic tubes, welding plastic components, shrinking plastic components, and inspecting components under a microscope.
• Ensure timely completion of all operations performed and tasks received at the level of quality required.
• Comply with all specified access and work requirements inside the cleanroom.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace according to company regulations.

• Completed secondary education.
• No previous experience in a similar position is required.
• Skill, precision, and thoroughness in performing specific operations.
• Observational and organizational skills, good judgment, ability to work under time pressure, communication skills, teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required to carry out the production processes.
• Ability to plan work and time.
• Personal hygiene.
