We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our R&D efforts in the Andean, Brazil, and South Cone regions. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation, productivity, and business continuity.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of products and processes that meet global guidelines for quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a matrixed organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and deployment of product and process solutions across four types of R&D enabled projects: Innovation, Productivity, Technical Brand Stewardship, and Business Continuity.
- Collaborating with Global R&D Platform and Product & Process Functions Teams to ensure alignment with global guidelines for new process equipment, seasoning systems, ingredients, and formulas.
- Providing guidance and ensuring alignment within Operations and Engineering teams for the definition of new process equipment to deliver all types of projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in project management, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and distil it into meaningful information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence and negotiate within all levels of the organization.
- Able to work effectively in a virtual and matrixed organization.
