Senior Accountant

Opportunity Overview:

• Pursue the preparation and submission of consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F) in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve quarterly and annual SEC filings, encompassing Forms 6-K and 20-F, in an expeditious manner.
• Elevate the preparation of supplemental notes to the consolidated financial statements.
• Review and validate financial data and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to drafting technical accounting memorandums aligned with IFRS standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely and complete audits.

Requirements:

• A degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Prior experience in audit services at a reputable firm.
• Experience working with publicly traded companies (SEC-regulated) is highly valued.
• Familiarity with IFRS is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English language.
