We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing professional to join our team under the VIE program. This role will be pivotal in managing marketing processes, strategizing and executing events, and supporting the approval and adaptation of promotional materials.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer to join our innovative global healthcare company and help make an impact on the lives of countless people worldwide. As a Marketing Specialist in our Marketing team, you'll work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager to drive the marketing strategy for our flu vaccine brands in both private and public markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Oversee and streamline marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Event Strategy and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand objectives.
  • Promotional Material Support: Assist in the approval and adaptation of promotional materials to meet local regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing and omnichannel strategies is a plus.

You should have:

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies would be a great plus.

In terms of education, we require:

  • A Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with Portuguese being a plus.
