Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategist to partner with our region and corporate functions. This role requires excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and design learning experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Strategically partner with and align to other functions, Business Units, and service lines within Canada, Latin America, and surrounding regions.
  • Manage intake in conjunction with Leadership and Development offerings and solutions.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current and future business climate, including knowledge of the company's learning infrastructure and global strategy.
  • Apply learner-centric design principles to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of the company's learning infrastructure and global strategy.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities.
