Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Project Execution:
- Develop and deliver reporting and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop use cases for analytics projects.
- Design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on reporting and analytics tools.
- Present complex analytical results to non-technical audiences.
Sourcing Project Execution:
- Provide analytical support for sourcing events, including should-cost analysis and scenario modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive incremental value in sourcing efforts through critical thinking and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of analytics experience in procurement, supply chain, or consulting.
- Strong data analytics skills, including data modeling, visualization, and reporting.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
