World Business Lenders provides short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position with working hours from 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Position Overview

In a fast-paced environment, the Asset Resolution Specialist will manage a portfolio of non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loans and REO.

  • Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio toward most effective and efficient resolution
  • Conduct proactive and effective portfolio management in accordance with established performance standards
  • Monitor and manage commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure activities, functions and deadlines
  • Direct/monitor/liaise with in-house and outside attorneys, collection agencies and other vendors that support the loss mitigation effort
  • Negotiate and prepare settlement agreements

The job requires exceptional oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.
