The Role of a Community Associate

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and support needs of customers in our centers.

You will collaborate closely with new and existing customers to foster a vibrant community within your center.

A Typical Workday at Our Centers

Your day will begin by preparing the center for opening, ensuring everything is ready and that there are no issues.

You will assist customers with various tasks such as WiFi code changes, package deliveries, and equipment setup throughout the day.

In addition, you will help customers with printing, invoices, and other administrative tasks.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to plan and execute events and activities within the center.

This may include planning networking events, creating promotional materials, and promoting the center's services to customers.

About You
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
