Job Overview

The Software Engineering Lead will oversee the development of software systems and teams. This individual will be responsible for managing technical resources, designing complex data models, and implementing development processes.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering
  • BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology resources
  • Test-driven development
  • Strong research skills
  • Strong proficiency with data manipulation languages and optimization techniques
