Key Fleet Engineering Manager Role

As a Fleet Engineering Supervisor, you will provide high-quality engineering support to maintain and improve our fleet management program.
Your key responsibilities include managing the Fleet Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and overseeing the railcar fleet.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our organization's success.
- Manage all Fleet Engineering projects across the organization
- Coach and mentor Fleet Project Engineers to develop their skills
- Provide technical support for transport equipment, including design, modifications, and repairs
- Develop standards and procedures for maintaining and operating transport equipment
- Audit fleet vendors for quality standards and performance
- Represent the organization on industry organization sub-committees
- Provide emergency response support 24/7 for transport operations
To succeed in this role, you will need advanced knowledge of transportation equipment and experience coordinating multiple projects associated with process improvement programs and fleet-wide equipment upgrades.
You must also be able to gather, analyze, and report data to develop improvement strategies.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10+ years of industry experience, with 5 years minimum in a leadership role. A Professional Engineer License and knowledge of cryogenic equipment are preferred.
