Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at In The Trees Nature Resort. This is a contract position, with individual assignments booked based on guest demand and availability.

As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, and other therapies to our guests. You will need to be able to bring a mobile set-up, including a massage table and all necessary items to provide services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services to guests
  • Work with other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Meet or exceed guest satisfaction standards

Requirements:

  • Current active massage therapy license with the Arkansas Department of Health
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
