The Role

This position requires exceptional communication skills, local knowledge, and tourism experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a deep understanding of the local culture. We are looking for someone who can multitask, meet deadlines, delegate effectively, and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and prepare infrastructure for each group.
  2. Coordinate apartment and coworking space bookings for each group.
  3. Ensure apartments and coworking spaces meet our criteria.
  4. Organize logistics for groups locally (pre-arrival).
  5. Prepare accommodations (clean, WiFi, welcome gifts).
  6. Purchase SIM cards for the group.
  7. Arrange transportation from airport to accommodations and coordinate check-in.
  8. Manage logistics for groups locally (arrival).
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for workspace or accommodation issues.
  10. Spent most days in the coworking space with the group.
  11. Coordinate check-out of accommodations and arrange transportation to the airport.
  12. Navigate Network Building and Outreach.
  13. Experience Delivery and Vendor Management.
  14. Design and execute month-long programming for unique, locally immersive experiences.
  15. Work with local vendors daily to manage budgets for monthly activities.
  16. Team Support.
  17. Provide on-the-ground support for our team.

Qualifications:
  • Local from Florianopolis or lived there for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent English speaking ability and fluency in the native language.
  • Tourism experience preferred.
  • Local knowledge and contacts.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, delegate, and work under pressure required.
