Brazil Trial Manager

Seeking a seasoned Trial Management Professional to lead the local execution of clinical trials in Brazil. The ideal candidate will oversee trial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
About This Role
- Oversight of assigned protocols from start-up through closeout activities.
- Maintenance of high-quality data and trial documents/records.
- Development and implementation of contingency and risk management plans to achieve target enrollment.
- Stewardship of study compliance through maintenance of trial management systems and participation in inspections and audits.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive clinical research targets and enhance patient understanding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in local trial management within the pharmaceutical or CRO sector, preferably as a Clinical Research Associate.
- Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, company SOPs, local laws, and assigned protocols.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Portuguese and English, with exceptional decision-making and financial skills.
