Job Title: Enabling Procurement Specialist

**About the Role:**

The Enabling Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in simplifying, automating, and streamlining processes to ensure continuity of implemented changes. This individual will be seen as a key partner in driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• ">
• Develop and maintain all procurement documents, ensuring value generation and compliance with local and global directives.">
• Meet Compliance and Risks demands by acting as an interface between procurement category managers and these areas.">
• Implement improvement projects through RPA, Data Analytics, and process simplification.">
• Manage Procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through reports and dashboards.">
• Lead the Procurement Digital Transformation agenda and implement the Procurement 4.0 roadmap.">
• Manage and support projects regarding processes, systems, and portals that interact with the Procurement area.">
• Develop the Supplier Risk Matrix and Third-Party Management.">
• Responsible for leading the procurement process simplification and automation agenda.">

**Team and Net Revenue:**

Leading a team of 7 members including 1 intern and 2 third-party analysts.

**Position Hierarchy:**

Reports directly to the Director of Procurement.
