We are seeking a highly skilled Windows AD VMWare professional to lead our team's server landscape upgrades.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the current server infrastructure, mapping out key systems including Windows, VMWare, and Active Directory. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for future upgrades and sanitization initiatives.
  • Execute the upgrade plan, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any technical issues that arise.
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures to guarantee application availability and functionality, including direct intervention in storage and backup routines as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Datacenter On-Premises experience with medium/low platforms, specifically Unix/Intel and HCI Dell VXRail, along with a standard 3-layer topology.
  • Proven expertise in Datacenter On-Premises, MS Windows Datacenter, Windows Server OS, VMWare for Server Virtualization, AD Active Directory, LAN/WAN Network configuration, and tools like Stack TCP-IP v4/v6.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, providing guidance on software, application, and system usage, installation, and configuration.
Benefits and Requirements:
  • English language proficiency at an advanced level.
  • A full-time work arrangement is available in Barreiro, Belo Horizonte-MG, Jeceaba-MG, or Brumadinho-MG.
  • Experience with Linux RedHat/Suse and certification in MS Windows Datacenter, Windows Server OS, VMWare for Servers Virtualization, Network knowledge, Azure/AWS cloud, Zabbix/Grafana monitoring, and RedHat Server OS is preferred.
