This role involves designing and implementing AI agents that interact with IBM DB2 databases. Key responsibilities include optimizing queries and data flows through intelligent automation, collaborating with teams to align solutions with business objectives, ensuring integrity, compliance, and security in data processes, and integrating AI services such as LangChain and AutoGen.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as an AI Specialist for IBM DB2 Databases or similar. Essential qualifications include proven experience in agentic AI applied to databases, solid experience in IBM DB2 administration, complex queries, and performance tuning, and knowledge of security and compliance standards in data management. Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud, advanced English language skills (C1), and experience working in international teams are also necessary.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of business needs and goals. Nice to have: experience with legacy systems and knowledge of logistics/fleet management.
