About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Investment team as an Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the development of investment theses, deal origination, analysis, and execution of potential transactions in Brazil and abroad.

Key responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, preparing presentation materials, and tracking relevant market transactions while interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for building, updating, and analyzing financial models, including projections and scenario simulations. Additionally, you will prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, conduct market research and comparable peer analysis, and monitor and track transactions and market trends relevant to the sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive presentations). Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategic Consulting, or related areas is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analyses and create detailed reports
  • Prepare and present investment proposals to senior management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Assist in due diligence processes and investment execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive presentations)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation analysis
  • Clear, concise, and structured communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategic Consulting, or related areas
  • Knowledge of additional data analysis tools
