  • Transform business needs into engaging and effective instructional materials, utilizing instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders to ensure learning content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with field activities.
  • Develop and manage scalable digital learning programs, using authoring tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Articulate Rise, and Canva.
  • Work closely with the Sales Training Manager and Knowledge Team to build structured learning paths within our LMS, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Apply data-driven insights to inform instruction and improve learner engagement, using LMS dashboards and analytics tools.
