Talent Management Manager LATAM

This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Human Resources strategy for Latin America, focusing on Culture, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

  • Supports the design of HR Strategy for Latin America based on internal/external data analysis.
  • Identifies training needs with stakeholders, designs learning strategies, and facilitates training and other development activities.
  • Works closely with local HR Teams in Samsung LATAM subsidiaries to support successful HR strategy implementation.
  • Executes Talent Management strategy by identifying high-potential talents, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals for leadership roles in the region.
  • Leads DEI initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, monitoring strategy and proposing actions.
  • Collaborates with local teams across LATAM countries to ensure successful HR strategy implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training, workshops, team buildings, and other related activities.
  • Deep knowledge of Leadership Development methodology.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and create action plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with different teams.
  • Proactive and solution-focused problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational and logical thinking to structure programs and processes.
  • Ambition and desire for professional growth.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Spanish proficiency (desired).
