Cost Manager Position

The Cost Manager will oversee all aspects of cost, commercial, contract management, and development for a specific project.

  • Estimate and produce detailed cost plans to ensure accurate budget allocation.
  • Compile and amend tender lists to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Draft contract procurement documentation to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze tenders and draft comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
  • Negotiate contract variations and changes to maintain optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct regular cost checks and valuations to ensure financial stability.
  • Draft monthly cost and commercial reports to provide transparent insights.
  • Analyze numbers for final accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost/Commercial Manager, with excellent English skills. Experience working with FIDIC type contracts is a plus.
