About the Role

The Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the assigned region. This includes managing distributor relationships, training and coaching sales teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field">
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment">
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">

Compensation and Benefits
