The Role

We seek skilled full-stack developers to join our engineering team, emphasizing deep WordPress and modern JavaScript expertise.

As a full-stack developer, you will work on high-scale web platforms using modern architecture, including headless WordPress setups. Our ideal candidates are highly collaborative, write clean code, and are comfortable owning features in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-quality, maintainable full-stack solutions
  • Lead or support development of custom WordPress themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks
  • Build scalable headless architectures with WordPress as a backend (REST/GraphQL APIs)
  • Work with modern JavaScript tooling and frameworks (React, Redux, Node.js, Webpack)
  • Manage SQL databases and optimize performance
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs, and QA
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced level of written and oral English proficiency
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong experience with PHP and WordPress core development
  • Experience with ACF, WordPress templating, custom post types, and plugin development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6+), HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with React (especially Gutenberg block development) and Redux
  • Familiarity with headless architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL
  • Proficient with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD tools
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Strong UNIX/Linux command line skills
