About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our Customer Success team in Latam. As Head of Regional Customer Success, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and retention across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Executives to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and implement a regional people strategy to attract, retain, and grow top talent
- Drive the adoption of SaaS products in the Latam region through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives
- Manage performance improvement programs and conduct disciplinary measures as needed
- Develop and implement employee development goals and career progression plans
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's preferred
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving measurable results
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior-level executives
