Telecommunication Engineer Specialist Job

As a Telecommunication Engineer in Ran Densification, you will play a crucial role in developing proposals for trials and proofs of concept to homologate and approve new solutions with suppliers and operators. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop proposals for TRIALs and POCs of new solutions for homologation and approval with suppliers and operators.
  • Seek synergy between infrastructure solutions, considering the need for Backhaul and Fronthaul, fiber operation architecture, and MSAN, CPRI, OLT systems.
  • Align customer objectives with build objectives, providing guidance on initial scope of work requirements for site construction and upgrade activities.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth information flow and address any potential issues.
  • Interact and support commercial and operational areas for the elaboration of business plans for new products and migration of existing ones.
  • Seek synergy between infrastructure solutions, aiming to maximize land banking contract benefits.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the Projects team.
  • Make informed decisions to assist teams in adhering to planned schedules.
  • Support the Procurement area in contracting service providers and infrastructure materials.
  • Interact with Vendors to promote partnership for new projects.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of RF, telecommunications architecture, and system engineering.
  • Customer management and analytical thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Advanced English language skills; Spanish is an asset.
