Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join our development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our proctoring and assessment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and Material UI.
  • Develop server-side logic and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Integrate our platform with job posting platforms to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.
  • Implement analytics features to provide valuable insights to recruiters.
  • Develop and maintain the job applicant CRM system to support effective communication and tracking.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the codebase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in web development, with a focus on full-stack technologies.
  • Proficiency in React.js, Python, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Material UI for building modern user interfaces.
  • Experience with FastAPI or similar Python web frameworks.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management principles.
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and creating intuitive user flows.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Heroku.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of data analytics and visualization techniques.
