Job Title: Financial Analyst

The role of a Financial Analyst requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. This position will ensure compliance with local indirect taxes, including VAT, GST, sales tax, and excise tax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare tax returns, payments, and filings in accordance with local regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust controls and compliance environment within the Indirect Tax team.
  • Provide data interpretation and insights from accounting records as required.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven technical expertise in indirect taxes, subject matter knowledge, and experience with associated local GAAP, account analysis reporting, and closing processes.
  • Business acumen and understanding of the company's business and finance beyond indirect tax scope.
  • Leadership skills, including effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Digital mindset and ability to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and financial system knowledge.
