Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to the financial backbone of our organization. This high-impact role requires someone analytical, entrepreneurial, and excited to create structure in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

You will own forecasting, support strategic decision-making, and lay the foundation for a scalable finance function. Key responsibilities include building foundational finance systems, tools, processes, and reporting cadence, as well as owning financial planning & analysis, including forecasts, budgets, and scenario modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to guide business decisions
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop internal dashboards to surface insights
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and vendor relationships
  • Lay the groundwork for future Finance hires

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or startup finance
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong Excel/modeling skills and ability to build from scratch with minimal direction
  • A builder's mindset – enjoy creating tools, systems, and processes from the ground up
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to challenge assumptions
  • A strong communicator who can translate financial data into clear business insights
  • Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
  • Intellectually humble and eager to learn
