Quality Assurance Lead

The role of a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead is to oversee the testing process, ensuring that all products and functions meet the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies to identify and mitigate defects.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers in conducting thorough testing and providing feedback on product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Design and execute test plans, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven track record of leading QA teams and driving quality improvements.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with game engines, such as Unreal Engine, is preferred but not required.
