**Budget Management & Procurement**

Provide financial guidance and recommendations to marketing teams, ensuring budget allocations support strategic goals and maximize ROI. Oversee procurement processes, including managing purchase orders and tracking invoices in NetSuite, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints. Coordinate vendor onboarding and generate detailed reports on actual versus planned marketing spend.

**Marketing Operations**

Collaborate with marketing and field marketing teams to build, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns in Marketo. Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of new marketing technologies within the MarTech stack. Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations, maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics.

**Qualifications**

Experience with budget tracking and procurement operations using NetSuite. 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, with strong expertise in Salesforce and Marketo. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and marketing data, providing actionable insights.
