The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing clinical trial sites, ensuring the integrity and quality of data collected. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring Site Progress: Conduct regular site visits to monitor study progress, address any issues, and provide training and support to site staff.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, study protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Data Verification: Verify accuracy and completeness of case report forms (CRFs) and other data collection tools.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets, including travel expenses, to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- 6 months of experience in a related field, such as site management or research coordination.
- Basic understanding of regulatory guidelines and ability to work within a project team.
- Good planning, organization, and problem-solving skills, with good computer skills and knowledge of various software packages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 or more year's additional experience in a related field.
- 6 months of on-site monitoring experience.
- Working knowledge of SOPs regarding site monitoring.
