Transaction Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Management Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle, including loan closing and servicing coordination, complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
  • Aid in the design and implementation of technology, including testing and rollout.
  • Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
  • Partner with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc., to ensure that quality of data, controls, and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.
  • Work with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews to ensure all stakeholders have end-to-end transparency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in transaction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow-up.
  • Keen attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Client relationship and solution skills.
