Betsson Ab is seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and generates leads.
- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
- Research and recommend new social media tools and platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent and engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Work closely with our marketing teams in Latin America to translate business strategies into content marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or social media marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social networks.
- Strong understanding of online reach and ability to formulate effective social engagement strategies.
- Ability to create posting, interaction, and engagement calendars and work to increase our reach and number of followers.
