Senior PEGA Business Analyst and Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PEGA Business Analyst and Developer to join our dynamic international team in Portugal. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PEGA-based business process solutions that meet client requirements.
About the Role- Design and Development: You will design, develop, and implement PEGA-based business process solutions.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable applications.
- Configuration: You will configure PEGA rules, workflows, case management, and integrations with external systems.
- Project Delivery: You will support end-to-end project delivery including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Continuous Improvement: You will contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices within the team.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on PEGA development experience.
- Understanding: Strong understanding of BPM, case management, workflows, and rules configuration.
- Skills: Experience with API integrations (SOAP/REST), SQL, and relational databases.
- Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work in international, multicultural teams.
- Certification: Pega CSSA/CSA certification is a strong plus.
- Language: Fluent in English.
