As a highly organized and execution-focused coordinating producer, you will join our team in Sao Paulo to coordinate and deliver original content for the Brazilian market.
The position is critical in ensuring every project meets creative, operational, and brand standards. You will provide production support for NBA initiatives focused on the Brazilian audience.
Responsibilities include coordinating video content projects across digital, social, broadcast, and special event platforms.
You will search NBA archive systems for game footage or finished content to utilize locally, supervise all stages of production, and coordinate logistics including location scouting, permits, contracts, and travel.
Additionally, you will support live and pre-recorded event coverage, translation, sub-titling, graphic modifications, re-voicing of existing content, and develop new ideas that align with strategic and brand guidelines.
Knowledge of the NBA, players & teams, and experience managing production companies and third-party vendors is required. A strong understanding of production workflows, post-production, technical specs, and deliverables is also necessary, along with excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
The role involves supervising all stages of production, from searching archives for relevant footage to coordinating logistics, including permits, contracts, and travel arrangements.
A keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and exceptional organizational skills are essential to excel in this challenging role.
