Product Experience Lead

We are looking for a senior-level product designer to join our team and lead the product experience on features that empower customers and the people behind them.

The role requires coming into our office 2-3 days a week. As a senior-level designer, you will guide the product's experience and approach on features that drive customer value and satisfaction.

  • A storyteller who promotes the vision for the product through design exploration, documentation, and presentations
  • A doer who uses domain expertise to quickly move projects forward, establishing principles and conducting research
  • An advocate of design systems who can use existing design systems and standards to improve them
  • A team player who collaborates with UX researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers to execute on work

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant design experience, a portfolio that shows work they were directly responsible for, and experience as a primary contributor to multiple high-impact projects.

They are passionate about building user-focused products that solve important problems and have a willingness to get hands-on and personally recruit participants.

In addition, the candidate should have a collaborative mindset and experience working across teams and forging partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design across many mediums, from mobile to desktop
  • Create and collaborate on the product vision with leadership
  • Work with essential research, design, product, and engineering partners
  • Report directly into core product leadership
  • Influence design practices team operations
  • Apply domain expertise and research to keep work moving forward
