About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at Kyndryl. As a Network Support Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer networks to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute routine network changes to ensure seamless operations
  • Troubleshoot and solve network issues and outages in a timely manner
  • Maintain excellent communication with end customers, project managers, and service engineers
  • Monitor network performance and maintain network security
  • Provide user support for network-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting, switching, and routing
  • Experience in Networking with a minimum CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience with Network security, WLAN, and CISCO
  • Working knowledge of ITIL
  • English or Spanish advanced
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX
  • Experience with Ansible automation
