Experienced Web and Mobile UX/UI Designer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 5+ years of experience designing end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design, responsive web design, and interactive experiences, and is proficient with React Native and Expo.
The successful candidate will lead the design of wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and UI specifications. They will collaborate with developers to implement designs using React Native and Expo, ensuring design integrity across platforms.
In addition, they will conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experiences. They will also advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle and maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
To be considered, applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile applications. They must also demonstrate strong proficiency with React Native and Expo, as well as experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design is essential. Applicants should also have experience with prototyping, usability testing, and design iteration based on user feedback.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, as well as a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects for web and mobile platforms.
